Warranty & Return



Under normal consumer usage, CTECHi promises the original clients that the products from CTECHI will be free of defects in terms of quality and working until the warranty term listed in the 'Warranty Period' section below, subject to a few exceptions enlisted as follows.

We also want to clarify that CTECHi 's whole and exclusive warranty obligation is stated in this warranty statement. We will not take any other responsibility relating to the sale of our products, nor will we permit anyone else to take any such responsibility on our behalf.

Warranty Period

CTECHi power products come with a 12-month warranty. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase by the initial buyer in each case. It is necessary to provide a transaction receipt from the initial buyer or other legal documentation proof to confirm the starting date of the warranty period.

CTECHi's Warranty Does Not Apply To

  • Product mishandling (including, but not limited to dropping, exposure to severe climatic conditions, water, and incorrect operating of the devices), mistreatment, any modification, accidental damage, or used for anything other than what is recommended by CTECHi 's current product guidelines

  • Product attempted to repair by anybody other than an authorized facility member

  • Items purchased from an unlicensed online shop

  • Non-quality concerns (after 30 days of purchase) 

  • Products with an expired warranty period, items that do not have appropriate evidence of purchase, and products that have been lost or stolen

  • The battery cell is not covered by CTECHi 's warranty unless you charge it entirely within seven days of purchasing the device and at least once every six months after that

  • Purchases from unlicensed retailers, repairs by outsiders

  • Evidence is needed in terms of free goods

Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues

Starting from the original purchase date (see the top of the page for your product's warranty period), all quality-related problems on products directly sold by CTECHi or CTECHi authorized dealers are covered by an extended warranty.

CTECHi 's limited warranty is only valid in the country where you purchased the product. Items exported from the country where they were actually manufactured or items mailed to an approved online order lose the limited warranty.

If you have a quality-related warranty claim, you will receive a replacement. In the event that a replacement is not available or chosen, CTECHi will provide a partial reimbursement based on how long the device was used.

All replacements have the same guarantee period as the original defective item, or for 3 months after being replaced, whichever comes first. After a product has been fully reimbursed, the warranty on it is null and invalid.

  • The buyer must have adequate proof of the purchase

  • CTECHi must document what happens in case the buyer repairs the product

  • You might need to return a product for quality inspection from the company

  • The serial number of the defective item, as well as tangible verification of the problem, are necessary

  • Warranties on replacements for defective products that CTECHi requires are invalid if the incorrect item is returned to CTECHi or if the damaged item is not returned.

How to claim your warranty?

Step 1:

Step 2:

Contact the CTECHi Customer Service Team at service@ctechipower.com

Attach a short video or some pictures to show the issues.

Step 3:

You will be given a Return Material Authorization (RMA) form while the Customer Service Representative is processing your complaint.


You will get a Return Material Authorization (RMA) form and return instructions if your item is covered under the CTECHi Warranty Policy. Please follow the instructions for properly packaging and carefully returning the item.

Sorry for the inconvenience because we are temporarily unable to supply prepaid return labels at our warehouse.

  • If your item is covered by CTECHi 's warranty policy, CTECHi will pay for the return shipping. Kindly read the instructions carefully as to how to properly package and return the item. Please make sure you read the instructions discussed above before shipping the merchandise.

Step 4:

After receiving a confirmation that the faulty item has arrived at our warehouse, CTECHi will begin the replacement process 15 business days later. The ultimate solution is dependent upon whether the substitute product is available or not.

All replacement products will be covered by the same guarantee as the original defective item or the three months following replacement, whichever comes first.

Please keep in mind that delivery might be delayed due to force majeure.

Please also remember that product warranty claims for defects are only valid for 90 days after unpacking. It is not permitted to lodge a warranty claim for products that have exceeded their warranty period, or the 90-day warranty claim request period, whichever is longer.



If you are not fully content with the gear you purchased, CTECHi offers a 30-day money-back guarantee if the purchase was made directly from cetchi.com. We are sure that you will not be disappointed with your new CTECHi purchase. But, in case you are not happy for some reason, please update us within 30 days. After we have received the product from your side and all the doubts have been cleared, we will refund the total amount that you spent on buying the product.

If your product has not surpassed the warranty term, CTECHi will repair or replace any defective items showing problems regarding quality or material faults.

Please Note

  • Only the items purchased directly from CTECHi 's online stores are eligible for this offer. If you bought the product elsewhere, please contact the retailer/distributor you got it from and follow their return policy for the product.

  • 2.The 30-day money-back guarantee does not cover any visible damages caused by usage, such as external sources of damage, misuse of goods that cause harm (including, but not limited to: dropping it, exposure to severe climates, water, operating the devices improperly).

Please check

  • If you want a return, make sure you contact CTECHi and start the return process within 30 days of the original shipment date.

  • Please ensure that the product is returned in its original packing, with all attachments intact and in new or as-new condition, and that it is accompanied by a return authorization number.

How long does it take to get a refund?

You will get the refund after the item has arrived at our warehouse. The refund will be sent in the same manner as when you placed your first transaction. The processing period before you get your refund money is usually 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds?

  • 1.Recheck your bank account if you haven't gotten a refund yet. If you paid by credit card, we will credit your account after we get the merchandise. Please wait 7-10 business days for your credit card statement to see a credit.

  • Next, contact your credit card company; the refund may take some time to appear on your account. After that, get in touch with your bank. Before a refund is posted, there is usually some processing time. If you have tried everything and the refund is still due, please email us at service@ctechipower.com

Conditions for Return & Refund

Please read the terms and conditions for return and refund carefully. CTECHi reserves the right to deny an exchange or refund if the requirements are not fulfilled.

Undamaged products can be filed for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. The reimbursement procedure will commence after the returned item is received at CTECH's warehouse for examination.

  • 1.All accessories must be returned; 2.Original packaging is required for all items

  • The buyer is liable for shipping fees for warranty claims that are not linked to quality

  • CTECHi only refunds the cost of the product itself for all non-quality-related warranty claims

  • If the products do not match the following standards, returns may be denied

Please keep in mind that CTECHi does not allow the return of or offer refunds for the following products:

  • The product that has been customized or branded according to your wants and needs

  • Any product obtained from a third-party retailer

How to Return an Item?

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number is required to return an item. For processing, all returns must have an RMA number. Without prior authorization and an RMA number, CTECHi will not accept any returns. For help regarding this matter, please contact our online chat or send an email to  service@ctechipower.com.

  • Please tell us a valid reason for the return and submit an invoice or screenshot to validate the order number. Within 48 hours, CTECHi support will provide you with the appropriate return address.

  • For the refund to be conducted timely and without any hassle, please be sure to send a return notification to CTECHi.

  • 4.Write the RMA number on the package's mailing label. Any package being returned to CTECHi  should have its RMA number prominently marked on the return shipping label. However, refrain from writing the RMA number on the box. Packages without an RMA number on the return shipping label may be late or not be acknowledged by our warehouse.

Process for Returning Product:

Please keep the purchase receipt or an acceptable proof with yourself.

Please send us the following details:

  • Your order number

  • Item name

  • A photo that shows:

         a)  The fault is as visible as possible

         b)  A full-length image of the product

Step 2:

Our Support Team will evaluate what additional action is necessary and will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

You must package the merchandise carefully, clearly noting the RMA number on the packaging and providing proof of purchase date alongside the product.

Step 3:

You can send the product by mail or courier and then also send the return information to CTECHi with the details discussed underneath:

  • Name of the courier service

  • Tracking number

Step 4:

After receiving the merchandise, we will process your return and provide you with a moneyback within 3-5 business days.

CTECHi will gladly replace any product that fails to operate due to a flaw in workmanship or material if the warranty period has not passed. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product.

REMINDER: Requests for refunds under the 30-day money-back promise must be made within 30 days after filing a warranty claim. It is not acceptable to file a refund request for products that have expired the 30-day warranty period due to non-quality issues.
