The United States only. We cannot deliver to the following areas, thank you for your understanding.

How long will shipping take?

In most cases, orders are delivered within 3-5 business days. We do not ship orders on weekends or holidays; nevertheless, you should get the product within 3-5 business days after the order is shipped. We can check with the logistics carrier to see whether it is possible to ship the item on weekends.


Your shipment might take a bit longer to be delivered if we are getting orders in surplus. We will also email you a reminder; please allow for extra travel days. Please be patient if delivery is delayed due to inclement weather. If the logistics have not been updated in around 3 days, please send us an email; CTECHi will inquire with the warehouse and get back to you.

Why is my package still pending?

Please accept our sincere apologies. Sometimes, it's possible that your shipment might get lost or delayed after it's been shipped. If your item has been pending on the way for more than five days without getting any information, it's possible that it's been lost or delayed. Please email us at service@ctechipower.com, and we will assist you in resolving the problem.

Can I expedite shipping?

  • If you need it by a specific date, let us know during the checkout process. We'll do all we can to make it possible for you.

  • If the delivery date is too close to ensure the shipment is delivered by that date, we will let you know and give you the option to even cancel the order. 

  • However, please remember that you cannot cancel the order once it has been confirmed or shipped.

Delivered but not received, where can I find my stuff?

  • CTECHi logistics providers currently used FedEx and UPS. Usually, multiple products in an order are sent together, and generally will not be delivered separately. For example, if you buy 5 items, they will be packaged in one parcel and delivered.

  • If the volume is too large, generate multiple tracking numbers and CTECHi will email you all the tracking numbers for your package.

  • In this instance, please wait 2-3 days and notify us through email at hello@cetchi.com if the package has not arrived.

Where could I get the return label if I want to return the units?

You can get in touch with us via email at service@ctechipower.com if you want to return any product you purchased.


CTECHi warehouses are unable to provide return labels at the moment. However, we will cover the cost of return shipping within the first 30 days of purchase, as well as the shipping fee for items with quality defects throughout the guarantee term. We hope you understand that items that aren't returned due to product quality issues follow the product's and accessories' integrity guidelines.

Is there a way to Expedited Shipping? I need my stuff delivered ASAP!

As of now, CTECHi does not provide urgent delivery services. But, we assure you that we make every effort to ship your parcel as fast as possible. If you still have any queries, please feel free to contact our representatives via email at service@ctechipower.com.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

We're afraid that you can't make any changes to the delivery address once the items have shipped.

What do I need to do when I received a different product than what I ordered?

Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. Please feel free to contact our customer support at service@ctechipower.com, send the following:

  • Your order number

  • Name of the item 

  • Full-length photo of the item

Where is my stuff? How do I track my shipping courier & Shipment confirmation?

  • Once your product has been delivered, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s). Within 24 hours, those tracking numbers will be activated. Most CTECHi items are sent through FedEx or UPS delivery services; you may trace your shipment on the FedEx or UPS websites or call FedEx at 1-800-463-3339 or UPS Domestic at 1-888-742-5877 for more information.

  • In case you did not receive any confirmation email, please check your spam or junk email folders or email us at XXX@CTECHi .com. Once your order has been delivered, you may access the tracking numbers by logging into your customer account. After the goods are shipped, the approximate delivery time is between 3-and 5 business days.

Damages

CTECHi .com is not responsible for any products harmed or lost during shipping. If you didn't receive the item you bought or you got a damaged unit, please contact us within 20 days at service@ctechipower.com
