Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute the company's brand strategy to improve brand awareness and market positioning.

  3. Coordinate cross-department collaboration to ensure the brand strategy is aligned with overall company objectives.
  4. Monitor brand performance and provide optimization recommendations to drive brand growth.
  5. Develop brand promotion plans to ensure consistent communication of core brand values to the target audience.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Marketing, Brand Management, or related fields.
  2. 4+ years of brand planning experience, with knowledge of brand positioning and market analysis.
  3. Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking, able to develop independent brand strategies.
  4. Good English proficiency, able to communicate fluently in English.
  5. Excellent teamwork and project management skills, with experience in cross-department coordination.
